DIRECTORS
Joseph Kincaid	Joseph Kincaid is the director of two show choirs at Poca High School, Visual Volume (mixed) and Music in Motion (girls). This is his 7th year at Poca High School. Joseph has a B.A. degree in Music Education K-12 from the University of Charleston with a major in voice and a minor in piano and is currently working on his Masters in Educataional Leadership . Mr. Kincaid has studied voice with world renowned opera singer Renee Conlin and Deborah Lucas. He taught instrumental music at Hurricane High School before coming to Poca.  Mr. Kincaid is a National Board Certified Teacher in EAYA Vocal Music, and is an Arch Coal Teacher Award recipient.  Joseph is currently residing in Teays Valley, Wv.
Brooke Smolder	Brooke Smolder is the choreographyer for Visual Volume.  She is a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Mathmateics and Physical Education.  she also holds a Masters of Science degree in Ahtletic Administration from Marshall University.  Brooke has coached and choreographed numberous high school dance teams, show choirs, and cheerleading squads in West Virignia.  Mrs. Smolder resides in Ripley, WV with her daughter and husband, Eddie.
